Every home is different, and so is every month — some are quiet, some involve a full project. Rather than build a flat price that has to guess at that and pad your bill either way, we itemize it so you only ever pay for what actually happened at your home.
We take on a small number of member homes at a time so every homeowner still gets a real person — not a queue. We're currently accepting a limited number of charter members across our service area.
Rookwood is month-to-month. Let us know before the 15th of the month and your membership will end the following billing cycle — no long-term contract, no penalty.
